I am trying to find out any information about Holly Tree House Symonds Yat West. Currently self catering accommodation but was previously a hotel/b&b. Also been known as Woodlea Hotel. Trying to find out if the house was purpose built as small hotel, or private dwelling and it's history from there. Any information, however, small, helpful in putting the jigsaw together!
