Powell /Morgan family
I have found he was baptised 23 Aug 1839 Ross hereford . His father was Thomas Powell & mother Esther Morgan.
I do not know which church, if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Hello. Assuming your G Grandfather was a Powell, it looks like his name was Eruel, son ... show moreof Thomas, a plaster, and Esther of Batts Gardens. Baptism on 23 Aug 1839 at St Mary's register AG39/5 page 59. Info from www.forest-of-dean.net/
FreeBMD.org.uk shows his birth registered in the quarter ending September 1839 in Ross, Vol 26 Page 210. This should enable you to obtain his birth certificate.
